Refunds
The processing of refunds is often subject to additional charges by airlines. Any type of refund is also subject to the standard administrative costs charged by www.peonytrips.co.uk. Additionally non-refundable are booking fees, postage expenses, and any modification fees you may have paid for prior changes. Any unused taxes on scheduled flight tickets that are non-refundable may be eligible for reimbursement. Not all taxes are refundable, kindly take note. Some airlines do charge a fee for handling such requests, and in some circumstances the amount is greater than the reimbursement you would receive. Please request information before cancelling your reservation.
A percentage of the service price is not refundable. For domestic flights, the service cost might be up to £50.00, and for international trips, it could be up to £75.00. No shows may occur if you don't get to the airport before check in closes. Such reservations are regarded as wholly non-refundable. In such circumstances, the airline may grant waivers, although this is at its discretion.
The amount of time it takes for a refund to appear in your account (original mode of payment) is not set in stone. Refunds that differ between different vendors (consolidators or entire sellers) or different airlines are processed according to a specific protocol. As soon as we get your request, we must engage with consolidators or airlines to provide refunds using waivers that rely on the suppliers to provide the desired refunds. It can take some time after the airline has accepted the refund before it appears on your credit card statement. Usually, it takes 3 to 4 weeks from the time we receive your request until we can credit your account.
